Before joining FocalPoint, Miguel worked as the Chief Financial Officer at a healthcare organization specializing in hospice care. In his 17 years at the company, Miguel spent his time developing leadership teams, implementing business process improvements, and cultivating a teamwork environment.

He attended the University of Texas at El Paso, earning a Project Mgmt. Certification. and graduated from the University of Phoenix. Miguel is dedicated to the community and involved in several service organizations, including Rotary, The Salvation Army, and many other community projects. In addition, he has a deep love for dogs and owns three feisty Yorkies.
